01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and ba999e ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ba999e.vip. These Terms apply to all users of the ba999e platform regardless of the device or method of access used.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account with ba999e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence.

• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from ba999e or any related platform, and must not be subject to any active account suspension imposed by ba999e.

ba999e reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such documentation may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe specified by ba999e may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ba999e takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to their original payment source at ba999e's discretion following a review process.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with ba999e. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonuses received, and may result in the forfeiture of winnings derived from play on duplicate accounts.

When registering with ba999e, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. ba999e will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba999e login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your ba999e login details with any other person. ba999e will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ba999e support immediately by contacting [email protected]. ba999e reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ba999e supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ba999e does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, ba999e may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative payment account. ba999e reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal, and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds.

ba999e does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. ba999e is not liable for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ba999e offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ba999e promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as bonus balance and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as a recurring or reload bonus. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitute fraud and will result in account termination.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ba999e sportsbook and all gameplay on ba999e casino products are subject to the rules of the individual game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or beginning any game session.

In respect of cricket betting and other sports markets, the following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted subject to available markets and published odds at the time of bet placement. ba999e reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time, including during in-play events, without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba999e platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

11 Limitation of Liability

ba999e does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ba999e shall not be liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, technical faults, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ba999e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if ba999e reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes;
• The account holder has provided false identity or age information;
• The account holder is engaging in or has engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 7;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ba999e, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ba999e reserves the right to withhold any balance, including deposits and winnings, pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately due to the player following investigation, they will be returned to the original payment source net of any applicable deductions.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ba999e support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment account.

13 Amendments to Terms
